YOUR TASKS
- Digitalisation, recording and management of contracts in the contract management system Coupa CLM
- Review, classification and maintenance of contract data as well as ensuring high data quality
- Compliance with all data protection, compliance and confidentiality requirements when handling sensitive contract information
- Recording relevant contract information (metadata) and assigning it to the corresponding companies and departments
- Close cooperation with internal contacts to clarify open questions and support the optimisation of contract management
- Cleaning and maintenance of master data in the CAFM system waveware as well as obtaining list prices and maintenance contract costs for medical technology devices
YOUR PROFILE
- Ongoing studies or completed commercial training or comparable qualification
- Initial experience in the administrative area, contract management or document management is an advantage
- Very good MS Office skills (especially Outlook and Word)
- Enjoy working in a structured and careful manner
- Willingness to familiarise yourself with new systems (training on Coupa CLM will be provided by Hirslanden)
- Very good German skills (at least C1) as well as good English and French skills (B1/B2, for understanding contract documents)
