With your passion for occupational safety and health protection, you actively contribute to building, further developing, and sustainably anchoring a first-class safety culture on complex and demanding mission-critical projects.
In this versatile and responsible role, you support and monitor all activities in the area of health, safety, and environment (HSE) on the construction site. You ensure compliance with Swiss legal requirements, customer demands, and Implenia's high HSE standards.
You work closely with project management, our subcontractors, and representatives of the client, ensuring that safety is the highest priority at every project phase. Your responsibilities include conducting safety inspections, managing and supporting subcontractors, creating and reviewing risk assessments, organising and conducting training sessions, investigating incidents, and participating in emergency and crisis preparedness. In doing so, you make a decisive contribution to the successful and safe execution of our international data centre projects.
Your contractual workplace is our headquarters "Connect" in Opfikon. However, you will mainly be active on one of our data centre construction projects in the Zurich region.

- You conduct safety tours, audits, inspections, and risk assessments, identify risks early, and initiate appropriate corrective and preventive measures
- You coordinate and monitor the safety performance of our subcontractors, review work permits, RAMS/WMS, safety documentation, and toolbox talks, and accompany the corresponding processes
- You investigate incidents and near misses, conduct root cause analyses, lead daily HSE briefings and training sessions, advise project participants, and support the continuous development of our safety standards and processes
