Role Objective:

In this position, you ensure professional customer care and accompany enquiries, quotations, and orders through to successful completion. With your technical understanding and service-oriented approach, you lay the foundation for long-term customer relationships and smooth day-to-day operations. You work closely with sales, purchasing, and logistics and actively contribute to the company’s success.

Your Responsibilities:

• Telephone, written, and personal advice and support for customers in German-speaking and Western Switzerland
• Independent handling of customer orders from enquiry to delivery
• Preparation, calculation, and follow-up of quotations
• Conducting price and delivery date clarifications with suppliers
• Monitoring delivery dates, material availability, and backlogs
• Handling complaints, returns, and replacement deliveries
• Maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships as well as supporting new customer acquisition
• Close cooperation with sales, purchasing, and logistics to ensure efficient processes

Your Profile:

• Technical or commercial training, for example as a mechanic, technical merchant, or equivalent
• Experience in technical trade or industrial environment is an advantage
• Very good French skills as well as Swiss German or German at a high level
• Confident use of ERP systems and MS Office
• Structured, reliable, and responsible working style
• Strong customer and service orientation as well as teamwork skills
