What you can achieve
- You advise our customers professionally and reliably via telephone, live chat, and email – in German and French.
 - You process orders, billing, and return registrations efficiently and ensure smooth handling.
 - You approach out-of-stock situations and customer complaints with a solution-oriented mindset and find suitable alternatives.
 - You support our customers with product inquiries – especially in the areas of incontinence, enterostomy, and wound care – and assist with the use of our app.
 - You actively contribute to the further development of our customer service and work interdisciplinarily with teams such as logistics, back office, and purchasing.
 
What you bring
- You have a basic medical education (e.g., as an MPA, HF nursing specialist, or FaGe) and want to develop professionally away from the patient bedside.
 - Or: You have a commercial education with experience in customer service – ideally in the healthcare sector.
 - You are IT-savvy and have a strong technical understanding. You are familiar with using laptops, MS Office, Google Workspace, and digital tools.
 - You have very good German skills as well as good French skills. Italian is a welcome plus.
 - You think in a networked way and recognize cross-departmental connections – thus you contribute efficient solution proposals.
 - You enjoy communicating professionally – especially on the phone. Customer orientation is a matter of course for you.
