What you will do for us:
You answer legal
questions in the areas of products, marketing & sales including customer and intermediary contracts
You draft and revise contracts with sales partners
You commission and supervise external lawyers, if necessary also regarding the conduct of court proceedings of all instances within your area of responsibility
You evaluate and respond to customer complaints
You support communication with the supervisory authority in Liechtenstein
You participate in the design and creation of new life insurance products as well as their further development and updating from a legal perspective and carry out the legal
review
You check newly created forms for contract changes or benefit processing for their legal accuracy
You take over legal monitoring within your area of responsibility
Who you are:
You have a completed law degree or equivalent knowledge
Ideally, you have professional experience in an insurance or
financial company
You are willing to familiarize yourself with new areas of law
Working with common MS Office programs and other modern applications such as
Teams is a matter of course for you
You are a team player and act cooperatively in a committed team and gladly take on responsibility
You communicate and work openly, professionally and service-oriented
You have an exact, analytical and structured way of working
You have good German and Italian skills. English, French or
Dutch skills are a plus but not a requirement.
