- Support for people with cognitive and psychological disabilities in an inclusive living offer
- Organisational and professional leadership of several client processes
- Accompanying transitions to new life areas
- Collaboration in various departmental responsibilities
- Active participation in project groups
- Willingness for evening and weekend duties
Your profile
- Completed training in social pedagogy HF/FH
- Flexible, innovative and humorous personality (Growing Mindset)
- Transparent, communicative and solution-oriented working style
- Good organisational skills and proficient use of digital tools
- Independent working with a lot of responsibility
