In the interest of employees and companies, the Office for Labor (AFA) contributes to strengthening the Zurich location. The labor market policy competencies are bundled in the AFA. Around 650 employees work at over 20 locations. The Unemployment Insurance Department (ALV / KAST) of the AFA ensures uniform enforcement of the federal law on compulsory unemployment insurance and insolvency compensation at the cantonal level. To strengthen the existing support team, we are looking for a committed personality to start immediately or by arrangement.
Your tasks:
- Management of electronic business control
- Provision of files for the ALV specialist team and other offices
- Processing of incoming and outgoing mail
- Operation of the ALV main telephone number
- Management of office supplies
- Completion of and support with other administrative and organizational tasks
- Assistance in organizing events
Your profile:
- Commercial clerk EFZ (or equivalent training) with several years of professional experience in a similar position
- Confident German skills spoken and written
- IT affinity and good user knowledge in MS Office
- Service-oriented, communicative and motivated personality with a positive charisma
- Team player, reliable, committed
- Very careful, well-structured and efficient way of working
- Skilled handling of various stakeholders
