Real Estate Administrator (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF65,000 - 85,000Role:
The company is an established real estate service provider focusing on the professional management, administration, and care of residential and commercial properties. With sound market knowledge, high expertise, and a strong customer orientation, it supports owners, investors, and tenants in the sustainable development and preservation of the value of their property portfolios.
Responsibilities:
You independently manage a diverse portfolio of rental and condominium properties.
You handle correspondence with tenants, owners, and external service providers.
You reliably prepare and process rental contracts, service charge statements, and rent adjustments.
You organise and supervise maintenance and renovation work as well as regular property inspections.
Additionally, you assist with accounting tasks and debtor management.
Qualifications:
You have a commercial education or training in the real estate sector.
Professional experience in property management.
Good knowledge of tenancy and condominium law distinguishes you.
You work independently, are organised and service-oriented, and present yourself confidently and amicably.
You have very good German language skills.
