At santé24, the online practice of SWICA, you diagnose, treat and advise insured persons with genuine general medical concerns: by telephone, in a structured manner, with clinical depth. You work in scheduled shifts and always know when your shift reliably ends. You are embedded in an interdisciplinary team of various health professionals and in an interdisciplinary medical team – without your own practice risk, without patient administration on your own account.

Doctor Telemedicine (all)
This is how you shape health
- Telephone consultations: diagnosis, therapy, triage – according to internal guidelines
- Prescriptions, sick notes, physiotherapy referrals, laboratory orders
- Digital documentation in the patient information system (always in German)
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with internal specialists from nursing, pharmacy, psychology, nutritional counselling, movement coaching, physiotherapy, and others
- Shift work: 4-, 6- or 8-hour shifts, also on weekends
- Approximately 2 mandatory on-site days per month at the location, remaining days working from home (after a four-week induction period on site in Winterthur and/or Basel)

This is what sets you apart
- Experience in general or internal medicine
- FMH General Internal Medicine preferred – other specialist titles with high general medical advisory competence welcome (e.g. general practitioner, orthopaedics, rheumatology, gynaecology, paediatrics, emergency medicine, dermatology)
- Confident use of and enjoyment in digital working tools
- German and English at C1 level; another national language at C1 level is an advantage
