Your Tasks
- Responsibility: You actively contribute to the implementation of our corporate strategy and are significantly involved in achieving budget and cost targets.
- Leadership Skills: You take responsibility for the personnel management and development of the team, thus promoting their growth and motivation.
- Customer Satisfaction: You delight our customers with your extensive product knowledge and ensure that every purchase becomes an unforgettable experience.
- Organization: You ensure that daily operations run smoothly and that our high hygiene and quality standards are maintained at all times.
- Inventory Management: You take care of orders and monitor stock levels to ensure that sufficient goods are always available.
Your Profile
- You have completed training in retail and have successfully furthered your education to become a retail specialist or in a similar direction, which is an advantage.
- Thanks to your solid business knowledge, you have a pronounced understanding of economic contexts and can act strategically.
- Your high leadership and social skills make it easy for you to act as a role model and inspire the team.
- You always keep an overview, even when it comes to juggling multiple tasks at the same time.
- You are proficient in using MS Office and inventory management systems, ideally also with SAP R/3.
- You are willing to actively support the team on Saturdays and Sundays as well.
