Description
Asga is one of the largest independent collective pension institutions in Switzerland. Since 1962, we have been committed to the occupational pension provision of small and medium-sized enterprises from trade, commerce, industry, and services. Our 180 qualified and motivated employees always put the customer at the center.
For our office in Ittigen, we are looking for a dedicated reinforcement in field service. Together, we support our customers in the BE/SO/FR regions and Upper Valais around the topic of occupational pension provision.

As a management consultant, you are responsible for your customer portfolio and the support of our sales partners in the assigned area. With your expertise and commitment, you ensure high customer satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships with our sales partners. Thanks to our attractive pension solutions and services, you identify and seize sales opportunities and acquire new SMEs as well as start-up companies. In addition, you personally advise our insured persons on retirement planning – thus rounding off your varied range of tasks.
Your core tasks include determining needs and creating individual pension solutions. You also analyze benefit comparisons and conduct presentations. You are the competent contact person for customer concerns and advise our customers and insured persons on all pension topics. Acquisition of new customers through your network and in cooperation with the sales partners. You work closely with the employees at our headquarters in St. Gallen.
Your profile
You have completed basic training in finance and insurance or have further training in occupational pension provision, social insurance, and tax law. You bring several years of experience and pronounced negotiation and communication skills as well as enjoyment in networking and direct customer contact. With your confident German and good oral and written French skills, you make yourself our ideal candidate. Your independent, structured, and responsible way of working characterizes you. The willingness to perform your activity flexibly both in the field and in the office is a motivating factor for you.
