Together with our client, an established education and service organisation in the Basel area, we are seeking an experienced leader for the Head of Finance and Administration role. The organisation combines tradition with modern structures and offers a diverse field of activity with direct influence on strategic and operational development. The workplace is very well accessible by car as well as by public transport.

Your responsibilities with the new employer:

• Overall responsibility for finance and accounting, budgeting, liquidity planning
• Quarterly and annual financial statements according to OR and Swiss GAAP FER
• Leadership and development of a small team in finance and administration
• Responsibility for controlling, financial analyses, key performance indicator management and internal control system (ICS)
• Sparring partner and central contact person for internal and external stakeholders

• Business administration education with a focus on finance and accounting or controlling
• Several years of leadership and professional experience in finance and controlling
• Sound knowledge in budgeting, financial statements, financial planning and payroll accounting
