We at Spitex Uster, a business unit of the City of Uster, are looking for committed colleagues who want to ensure and advance outpatient care, support, and assistance for around 40,500 residents in the City of Uster and the municipality of Mönchaltorf together with us.
Our range of services includes both somatic and psychiatric care, counselling, domestic help and support, as well as the Spitex shop. In addition, we are a training and internship location and a member of the Gesundheitsmeile Uster training cooperation. With our help, clients can remain in their familiar environment or return home earlier after a hospital stay.

To strengthen our competent team at Spitex Uster, we are looking for a committed, open-minded, and motivated individual as of 1 January 2027 or by arrangement for the position of
Head of Finance & Administration / Member of the Executive Board 70-80%
Your main tasks
- Personnel and professional management of the administration with four employees and one commercial trainee
- Financial management of Spitex Uster including financial accounting, cost accounting, budget process management, and invoicing
- Preparation of analyses and decision-making bases for the executive board and the Health Department of the City of Uster
- Advising and supporting managers in interpreting key figures
- Continuous review and optimisation of the ERP system (Perigon) in the administration and finance area
- Leading and participating in projects
- Co-responsibility for the entire operational management as a member of the executive board
- Co-responsibility for implementing the strategic goals of Spitex Uster
What you bring
- Training/continuing education in finance and accounting at the level of a federal specialist certificate or higher
- Several years of professional experience in finance & controlling as well as team leadership
- Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex financial contexts appropriately and understandably, hands-on mentality
- Very independent, structured, and responsible working style
- High social competence with pronounced customer orientation
- Strong affinity for IT applications and topics related to digitalisation
