For our obstetrics department, we are looking from 1 November 2026 or by arrangement for a committed and service-oriented Health Specialist with a Federal VET Diploma and the additional role of practical trainer, who will passionately complement our team.
About us
Your tasks
- In the obstetrics department, you have the opportunity to accompany and support families at the start of their new life phase, as well as care for ophthalmological patients
- The diverse and varied range of duties includes the care and support of mother and child after birth, the care and nursing of ophthalmological patients pre- and post-operatively, as well as tasks in departmental logistics, administration and housekeeping
- You have the chance to use your skills responsibly and to specifically expand your area of expertise
- Furthermore, you support health specialist trainees as well as nursing interns in their learning process
- You accompany the learners in daily life and provide them with feedback for professional development
- Within the framework of the learning and working community, you work with trainees on all shifts and allow learners and students to benefit from your know-how
- As a link, you support the vocational trainers in the training supervision of health specialists
Your profile
- You have completed training as a Health Specialist with a Federal VET Diploma and preferably have professional experience in an acute hospital
- You are a motivated and resilient personality
- You appreciate an independent, varied work content and have a quick grasp
- You are interested in women’s health and enjoy conducting consultations
- Strong social skills, high flexibility and commitment complete your profile
- Initial experience in dealing with learners is an advantage and you enjoy working with learners, recognising strengths and weaknesses and promoting them specifically
