About the job
What you can achieve
- Close collaboration with production – Together with the teams in production, you develop processes further and ensure optimal quality control along the entire value chain.
- Setting and maintaining standards – You define, communicate and monitor site- and function-appropriate quality objectives and ensure compliance with the ISO 9001 and FSSC 22000 standards.
- Analysis and optimisation – You monitor and analyse laboratory data, organise tastings and initiate measures for continuous improvement.
- Customer focus – You handle specific customer complaints professionally and ensure that our high hygiene standards are maintained throughout the operation.
What you bring with you
- You have training in food technology, laboratory or biology (university of applied sciences, university of applied sciences of higher education) and bring experience in quality assurance and/or laboratory work.
- System affinity and interconnected thinking are your strengths – you always stay up to date with the latest technologies.
- You have a confident command of German, both spoken and written, and good English skills.
