About the job
Les Soins Volants is an innovative home care organisation, operating on a liberated holacratic company model that values collective intelligence. The interprofessional teams are autonomous, engaged, and self-managing. Les Soins Volants aims to elevate teams towards responsible functioning, with significant decision-making capacity while ensuring the quality monitoring of services.
Our mission is to meet the home care and service needs of the population by enabling them to continue living in their environment while maintaining and improving their autonomy. We are committed to integrating the person and their family into the support process by developing a partnership relationship to build a personalised care plan adapted to their needs. Our empathetic and systemic approach aims to improve daily quality of life.
To support the care teams, we are looking for two team coaches:
- A Coach for Lower Valais and Central Valais at 80-90%
- A Coach for the Vaud Riviera at 80-90%
Your mission:
At Les Soins Volants, the Coach is a facilitator for the teams: they contribute to their development, autonomy, and cohesion. The Coach is the guardian of Les Soins Volants’ values. They help maintain coherence between the teams’ practice, the institutional framework, and Les Soins Volants’ vision. The Coach supports teams in their decision-making and problem-solving, especially in complex clinical or organisational situations. They can act as a mediator in case of difficulties. They provide individual support if necessary.
Yourself:
- You hold a university of applied sciences degree in nursing, or an equivalent recognised by the Swiss Red Cross, and a supplementary training in team management, with proven experience in a similar role, ideally in the home care sector;
- You have interpersonal skills such as empathy, kindness, listening, and a good sense of humour;
- You have a strong sense of responsibility, while maintaining an assertive stance;
- You are open and flexible to a new horizontal management model with shared governance;
- You have a good knowledge of common IT tools and a willingness to learn new software;
- You are dynamic, organised, multitasking, able to manage stress and set priorities;
- You want to commit to an agile and innovative company, signatory of the SAN CCT (VD) and the SLD CCT (VS).
Are you ready to take flight?
