Junior Compliance Manager (all)

You connect compliance with corporate governance: You independently handle smaller compliance issues, help develop processes, and ensure that corporate housekeeping reliably and legally implements the corporate law procedures of the BKW Group.

Your area of impact

• In corporate housekeeping, you prepare shareholder and board of directors resolutions, support commercial register changes, and maintain corporate law documentation
• You help develop our Compliance Management System and independently take on smaller compliance issues
• You independently conduct business partner checks and handle internal compliance inquiries, such as those regarding invitations and gifts
• You design and conduct practical training and awareness measures, thereby strengthening the compliance culture
• You help shape the digitalisation and standardisation of corporate governance processes and support the further development of LegalTech and AI solutions

What you bring with you

• You have completed a degree in law or a comparable education and have gained initial professional experience in the field of compliance
• You are interested in compliance and corporate law topics; you want to develop professionally and take responsibility for your own topics
• Structured, reliable and independent work as well as careful handling of confidential information are natural to you
• You convey complex requirements clearly, practically and appropriately for the target audience
• You have a confident command of German and use good English skills confidently in everyday work
• You are digitally savvy and enjoy working with tools, data and workflows; you are interested in LegalTech and AI applications
