For our active branch in Thun, we are looking for a new personnel consultant for long-term reinforcement in the field of secondary construction trades such as electrical, metal construction, or building technology.

Job Description

• Drive the expansion of your sectors in the Bernese Oberland region
• Acquire new customers and proactively manage existing customer relationships
• Recruit and support qualified skilled personnel
• Conduct job interviews and select suitable applicants
• Carry out customer visits and site inspections
• Reliably manage administrative and organisational tasks

We expect

• Completed apprenticeship in a construction or craft profession or training in sales or commercial administration with sound knowledge of the construction industry
• Driving licence category B - mandatory, so you can be flexible when visiting customers
• Experience in the industry is an advantage but not essential
• Enjoyment of telephone and personal interaction with people
• Regional roots in the Bernese Oberland and good local knowledge
