What are your tasks?
In this exciting role in 2nd level support, you are part of our solution organization and make a professional contribution in the area of services – both for internal and external customers. Your focus is on Hilti fleet management, where you reliably handle administrative matters: from theft and loss reports to coordinating large orders and complex customer inquiries. You always act with professional confidence, strong customer focus, and a clear eye for efficiency.As a central interface, you regularly communicate with sales, logistics, materials management, and our repair center. Your work significantly contributes to an outstanding customer experience and promotes the development of sustainable, long-term customer relationships.
In addition, you actively contribute to identifying optimization potentials – in line with our Lean Management approach. Participation in internal projects is also part of your varied field of activity and offers you the opportunity to develop and shape your role further.
What you bring:
- Completed vocational training in a technical or commercial field
- Strong interest in support topics and business processes
- Dynamic, solution-oriented personality with quick comprehension and analytical thinking skills
- Communicative, self-responsible, and critical thinking – with a pragmatic approach and willingness to try new things, learn from them, and continuously drive improvements
- Very good German skills; knowledge of Italian or French is a plus
- Experience with SAP and good Excel skills are advantageous
