Production Employee (2-Shift)
What should you bring?
- Initial experience in a technical or industrial production environment is an advantage
- Manual dexterity as well as a very precise, independent and reliable way of working
- Willingness to work in a 2-shift model (06:00 - 22:00) and for occasional Saturday shifts
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form (level C1 required)
- High motivation, team spirit and flexibility
What can you expect?
- Loading & Operation: Careful loading and unloading of customer parts on the carriers as well as operating the fully automatic production systems
- Process & System Control: Continuous monitoring of the production process and complete maintenance of checklists
- Quality Assurance: Independent execution of visual quality checks as well as timely reporting of any malfunctions or deviations
- Completion: Proper packaging and labelling of finished goods for shipping
