About the job
The Spitex services Laupen are a non-profit organisation with a public mandate. The catchment area includes the municipalities of Laupen, Mühleberg, Frauenkappelen, Kriechenwil, Ferenbalm, Gurbrü and Wileroltigen with around 10,000 inhabitants.
To complement our team, we are looking immediately by arrangement for an upbeat and motivated
Dipl. Nurse FH/HF 80 - 100%
Our central starting point to the clients is in the Laupen Elderly Centre. From here we start our rounds with our own or the Spitex car.
Your tasks
- You carry out needs assessments directly at our clients’ homes – digitally and straightforwardly with the tablet
- You take responsibility for the entire nursing process and ensure professional basic and treatment care
- You work in the day shift (06:30–16:00) or late shift (13:30–23:00) and actively shape the nursing routine
- As a competent contact person, you support our clients, their relatives and your team with advice and assistance
- With your expertise and experience, you support trainees in their professional daily life and contribute to their successful development
Ideally, you bring the following
- A completed education as a qualified nurse HF or FH
- At least two years of professional experience – ideally in the Spitex sector
- You have already completed the trainer course or are willing to attend it
- Enjoyment in passing on your knowledge
- Knowledge of ASEBIS is a plus but not a must
- You work confidently with PC, tablet and digital nursing documentation
- You act independently, take responsibility and keep an overview even in demanding situations
- A category B driving licence; having your own car is an advantage
