Production Manager (m/f/d)

- Leading the production of solar collectors with around 15 employees
- Planning work assignments and coordinating activities
- Introducing new products into production
- Carrying out projects within the area of responsibility
- Scheduling production capacities and controlling production utilisation
- Ensuring maintenance of production equipment
- Responsibility for scheduling and optimal materials management
- Requesting new operating resources in consultation with the team and business unit manager
- Improving productivity as well as production equipment
Qualifications:
- You have a technical vocational training with several years of professional experience
- Further training in industrial manufacturing complements your profile
- You bring leadership experience as well as experience in lean management and occupational safety
- Goal- and result-oriented working characterises you
- Very good German language skills complete your profile
- You have experience with ERP systems
