Are you passionate about sport, coaching and personal support? Do you master Pilates Reformer and wish to develop in a modern, innovative and caring sporting environment? Then we want to meet you!

The position As part of the development of La Parenthèse Sport, we are looking for: A 50% Sports Coach - Mastery of Pilates Reformer is essential and will form a significant part of your role. - Your duties • Lead and supervise small group Pilates Reformer classes • Deliver various group classes according to your skills and training • Welcome and support our clients with enthusiasm and professionalism • Explain, guide, correct and motivate each person in their practice • Adapt your support to the levels and goals of each individual • Actively participate in the life and development of the sports space • Create a positive, personalised and human client experience.

Your profile • You are trained and confident in teaching Pilates Reformer • You hold training and/or qualifications in sport, coaching or Pilates • You are cheerful, dynamic, motivated and caring • You have excellent interpersonal skills • You enjoy sharing your energy and helping others progress • You have a good commercial sense and customer service orientation • You are flexible, autonomous and appreciate teamwork
