Tasks

• Comprehensive care and support of elderly psychiatric patients with a dementia diagnosis in an acute psychiatric setting (mainly during late and night shifts)
• Design and implementation of the elderly psychiatric nursing process
• Action in psychiatric and somatic emergency situations
• Close collaboration with intraprofessional colleagues within the framework of the skill-and-grade mix
• Participation in and implementation of change processes

Profile

• Completed HF studies with professional experience in elderly psychiatry
• For foreign diplomas, SRK recognition is required
• High social/personal competence and structured working method
• Willingness to support change processes, to embrace new things and actively shape changes
• Flexibility in shift planning
• Very good German and PC skills
• CAS in Gerontology or willingness to complete one
