Property Manager - Solothurn 60% - 100% (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF90,000 - 115,000Role:
Our partner is an established Swiss real estate service company. To strengthen the property management team, we are looking for a qualified, strong negotiator to start immediately or by arrangement. In this versatile position, you will take on the independent management of a diverse property portfolio, conduct initial and re-rental inspections, manage property accounting as well as heating/cost accounting, and oversee smaller renovation projects.

Responsibilities:
In your central management role, you take on the personal and telephone support of tenants and owners.
You act as a trusted contact person for owners, tenants, authorities, craftsmen and caretakers.
You conduct inspections and handovers of rental properties during initial and re-rentals on site.
You are responsible for property accounting including dunning as well as preparing heating and ancillary cost statements.
You implement rental contract and rent adjustments in compliance with tenancy law and oversee minor renovations.
Qualifications:
Successfully qualified property manager (preferably with a federal diploma) or equivalent further education.
Several years of professional experience in property management and sound knowledge of Swiss tenancy law.
Driving licence category B as well as good IT user skills.
Outgoing, customer-oriented and resilient personality with negotiation skills and assertiveness.
Native German speaker with confident expression in spoken and written language.
