Job Description
Context
As part of maintaining the operational condition of an automated test portfolio, our client is looking for a QA Automation Consultant responsible for ensuring the reliability, evolution, and execution of automated non-regression tests on critical applications.
Main missions
- Analyse the impacts of application changes on automated test scenarios.
- Maintain and evolve existing test scripts.
- Design and integrate new automated test cases.
- Execute and supervise automated test campaigns.
- Diagnose and correct anomalies related to scripts or environments.
- Produce execution reports, quality indicators, and recommendations.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of the test repository and practices.
- Collaborate with business, development, and quality assurance teams.
Qualifications
Desired profile
- Proven experience in test automation.
- Good mastery of automated non-regression testing.
- Knowledge of testing methodologies (ISTQB, TMAP or equivalent).
- Proficiency with Java / Selenium and/or UFT tools.
- Experience with CI/CD environments and issue tracking tools (Jira).
- Ability to analyse, document, and present results in a structured manner.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.
Appreciated skills
- Experience in environments with high quality and traceability requirements.
- Knowledge of best practices in automation and optimisation of test repositories.
