Production & Maintenance Mechanic (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF75,000 - 80,000Our ROCKEN partner is a company represented on all continents and operates in the field of body, oral and beauty care.
Role:
You actively support the development, optimisation and commissioning of production and machine concepts. In doing so, you ensure the maintenance, improvement and validation of systems and contribute to sustainable process optimisation.
Responsibilities:
Collaboration in the development and implementation of production and machine concepts
Execution and documentation of trials, tests, approvals and commissioning
Repair and optimisation of complex equipment and peripheral devices
Support in validations and production releases according to specifications
Analysis of technical faults and development of sustainable solutions
Contribution to the continuous improvement of systems, processes and costs
Participation in spare parts management and support in training within the department
Implementation and compliance with guidelines and standards (e.g. ISO, GSU, 5S)
Qualifications:
Completed technical basic training, e.g. polymechanic, mechanic specialising in assembly technology or equivalent
Proven experience in maintenance, assembly and process optimisation in a production environment
High initiative, quality awareness and systematic thinking
Enjoyment of innovation and technical development
