We transport over 23 million passengers annually by road and rail. The Rolling Stock department, with its 75 employees, is responsible for providing the necessary rail vehicles. Responsibilities include procurement, modernization, and maintenance of passenger and infrastructure trains. The department includes two depots, a workshop, as well as technology, logistics, and purchasing.
Due to the establishment of a new team with three existing employees, we are looking for a team leader.
Your Tasks
- You lead the AVOR / KVP team and support, empower your employees in their activities
- With your team, you provide the central planning services for our maintenance locations in Worb, Worblaufen, and Solothurn, and in the future Bätterkinden
- You are responsible with your team for the KVP of the Rolling Stock department
- You coordinate with your team the revision activities on our fleets
You and your team make a significant contribution to the maintenance development (ECM 2) of our fleets - With your team, you ensure smooth processes in our workshop and depots
- As part of your area of responsibility, you create the necessary technical documentation with your team according to applicable standards and laws
- You lead and coordinate smaller projects
Your Profile
- Motivating personality with a passion for continuous improvement (KVP)
- Recognized vocational training in the technical field
- Technical or business management further education, preferably in the direction of
- Process technology / business processes
- Several years of maintenance experience, preferably in the railway industry
- Leadership experience in maintenance and/or project environments
- ERP user knowledge (preferably SAP) in the area of maintenance planning
- Knowledge in lean management / Toyota production system
- Good language skills in German and English
