About the job
To strengthen our HR team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a committed, structured and numerically inclined individual as HR Administrator 80–100 %.
Tasks
- Data Management: Responsibility for maintaining, updating and quality assurance of personnel master data in our HR systems
- Administration: Preparation of employment contracts, confirmations, changes, onboarding and offboarding documents as well as other HR documents
- System Support: Participation in the maintenance and care of the HR systems used as well as support with tests, evaluations and optimisations
- Control & Quality: Ensuring correct and complete data through regular checks, plausibility assessments and coordination
- Reporting: Preparation of simple evaluations, lists, statistics and key figures for internal stakeholders
- Support Function: First point of contact for employees and managers regarding administrative HR matters
- Process Support: Participation in the further development and standardisation of administrative HR processes
- Collaboration: Close cooperation with Payroll, HR Business Partners, HR Assistants and other internal interfaces
Profile
- Education: Completed commercial basic training
- Career Entry: Motivated career starters directly after apprenticeship are also welcome
- Numerical Affinity: Enjoy working with numbers, data and systems as well as a high quality awareness
- IT Skills: Good MS Office skills, especially Excel; experience with HR systems is an advantage
- Working Method: Very precise, reliable and independent working style with a high sense of responsibility
- Personality: Discreet, service-oriented and team-capable personality with quick comprehension
