What is my role?

You are the friendly face of our client in the Restwert project - a second-hand shop concept where used items get a second chance. Your main tasks include:

• Welcoming customers and advising them at the PC

• Recording and evaluating incoming goods

• Listing items on Ricardo and other platforms

• Administrative tasks related to the sale of goods

• Supporting the team management

What do I need to be successful?

• An empathetic personality - this is by far the most important for this role

• The ability to truly listen to people and respond to their needs

• Commercial background or relevant experience

• Willingness to occasionally take on leadership tasks

• Availability on Tuesdays and Wednesdays

• Team spirit and enjoyment in dealing with people
