HR Specialist (m/f)
With passion and dedication, you will accompany around 110 employees through all phases of the employee lifecycle. You will competently support the management in labor law and personnel-related questions.
Your tasks are:
- Processing the entire personnel administration from hiring to termination
- Conducting the monthly payroll including payroll declarations, withholding tax, and year-end processing
- Ensuring personnel recruitment through various channels / active sourcing in collaboration with the respective supervisor
- Planning and executing year-end closing activities and payroll reports
- Responsibility for time and absence management including social insurances
- Talent and further education management
- Participation in budgeting
- Various reports using Excel or Power BI
- Advising the line, for example, in labor law questions or salary classifications
- Participation in HR projects and implementation of administrative measures
You bring the following:
- Commercial basic training with further education as HR assistance, ideally as an HR specialist
- Several years of professional experience as an HR generalist, preferably in an SME
- Good knowledge of Swiss labor law and social insurances
- Knowledge of payroll accounting, preferably with further education in payroll management
- Native German speaker and preferably able to communicate in French
- Discreet, team-oriented, and thoughtful personality
- Independent, structured, and very reliable working style
- As an HR generalist, you are well-versed in the full range of HR activities and know how to set the right priorities. With your strong digital skills, you can simplify or automate administrative tasks, allowing more time for qualitative work.
