For the location in St.Gallen, we are looking for a starting immediately or by arrangement

• Independent management and organisation of surfacing construction sites in road construction
• Coordination and deployment planning of the construction team, machinery and materials
• Professional execution of surfacing work in compliance with quality and deadline requirements
• Ensuring clean work preparation and an efficient construction process
• Leadership and promotion of employees on site
• Responsibility for occupational safety, health protection and quality on site
• Reporting as well as close cooperation with construction management, clients and suppliers

• Completed training in road construction or several years of professional experience in surfacing
• Further training as foreperson or site foreman is an advantage
• Experience in managing construction sites and employees
• Good knowledge in the execution of surfacing work as well as in handling machinery and equipment
• Independent, reliable and solution-oriented working style
• Team-oriented, resilient and communicative personality
• Good safety and quality awareness
• Driving licence category B, category BE is an advantage
