What you can achieve
- Support of authority members in procedural management
- Accompanying and recording hearings within the framework of the clarification procedure
- Drafting resolutions for the KESB
- Review of legal questions related to statutory measures (including validation of advance directives, transactions requiring consent, etc.)
- Conducting legal clarifications
- Collaboration in the further development of the existing organisation and professional standards
- Further clarification tasks on behalf of the KESB
What distinguishes you
- Completed law degree (lic. jur. or MLaw)
- Enjoyment in promptly drafting reports/resolutions, very good written expression as well as methodical conversational skills
- Ideally experience with the KESBweb software
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
- Resilient, efficient and integrous personality
