Security Service Support Staff

Tasks

You ensure smooth administrative processes and efficiently handle all office tasks to best relieve and support the Security Service department.
As the first point of contact for internal departments, authorities and external customers, you guarantee a professional telephone service and organise communication.
You process incoming invoices promptly and reliably and assist with monthly and annual financial statements.
The organisation, filing and archiving of administrative documents is in your hands.
Additionally, you provide on-call service (outside office hours, Monday to Monday including weekends) for about 8 weeks per year, which is compensated extra. A car driving licence is required.

Completed commercial basic training with knowledge in retail or completed training in retail with further education at a business school.
Very good MS Office skills (especially Word, Excel and Outlook).
Organisational talent and precise, independent working style.
Impeccable reputation as well as business fluent German in spoken and written form, knowledge of Italian is an advantage.
Remains calm in demanding situations and always acts with absolute diplomacy.
