- As a specialist around the application and functionalities of our software, you lead workshops and training sessions and actively maintain customer relationships.
- You ensure that customers use our products and services to the optimal extent.
- With your comprehensive product knowledge, you contribute to solving complex customer inquiries.
- You know the requirements of our customers and represent them within our company.
- You bring your acquired expertise into the further development of our products.

- You enjoy combining your negotiation skills and analytical ability with your assertiveness.
- You enjoy independently acquiring knowledge and creating solution approaches.
- You have good organisational skills and can communicate appropriately with different stakeholders and hierarchical levels.
- You approach new situations and challenges with initiative and flexibility.
Your profile
- Commercial or technical training with business management further education or equivalent qualification
- Knowledge of HR topics (payroll, UVG, KTG, absence management) is an advantage
- Fluent German and French skills (English is an advantage)
