- You take on professional responsibility in the field of paramedicine
- You assess and draft recommendations regarding the obligation to provide services based on the legal foundations of the Health Insurance Act
- You ensure a consistent and professionally sound assessment of services
- You assist with the processing and billing of services in the field of physiotherapy
- You further develop guidelines, processes and assessment criteria
- You monitor developments in physiotherapy and the Swiss healthcare system
- You work closely with internal specialist departments as well as external service providers and partners
- You contribute your expertise to projects and support the further development of service management
What you bring
- Completed training as a physiotherapist FH/HF or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in physiotherapy
- Knowledge of the Swiss health and health insurance system is an advantage
- Analytical, structured and independent working style
- Enjoyment of complex issues and interdisciplinary collaboration
- Good communication skills and confident appearance
- Very good German skills; additional national languages are an advantage
- Good IT skills (Excel evaluations, creation of processes and guidelines, training materials, etc.)
