Your Tasks
- Entrepreneurship – professional, disciplinary, and results-oriented leadership and coordination of the Sursee branch
- Responsible for the disciplinary management of 15 employees as well as interdisciplinary collaboration in the management of 16 employees in Switzerland
- Results-oriented leadership through responsibility for the budget targets and annual goals of the branch
- Overall responsibility for the further development of customer consulting and care (including complaint management)
- Personal support of a local key account including support for strategic key customers
- Implementing a sustainable sales culture together, including empowering employees
- Implementing a sustainable collaboration culture based on our values Together, Co-creating, Entrepreneurship
- Enabler of a profit-oriented collaboration between the areas of project business and resale
- Enabler in the functional collaboration of the branch with the Switzerland operations
- Co-creating – defining, implementing, and controlling the local market strategy
Your Profile
- Completed basic training in the construction-related industry (e.g., carpenter or joiner)
- Higher technical training or federal diploma in the field of building envelope construction
- Several years of sales experience in the window or construction-related industry
- Several years of leadership experience (preferably across multiple levels and a matrix organization)
- Good MS Office skills, PrefSuite experience is an advantage
- Proven practical experience in a comparable position
- Leadership personality that authentically demonstrates a clear stance on our values Together, Co-creating, and Entrepreneurship in everyday communication and behavior
