THE STERILISATION SERVICE OF YVERDON AND ST-LOUP HOSPITAL IS LOOKING FOR

MAIN ACTIVITIES

• Plan and organise the activities of the sterilisation services of Yverdon and St Loup with the operating theatres and the outsourcing of medical device reprocessing
• Ensure the efficiency of the service in accordance with current sterilisation standards and compliance with good practices
• Promote and encourage dialogue and demonstrate leadership by example
• Transfer knowledge to the team
• Ensure and organise the supervision of apprentice staff
• Position based in Yverdon

SKILLS – REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Certificate as a technical assistant in sterilisation level 1 and 2 or Federal VET Diploma as a medical device technologist required
• Leadership and rigour
• High stress resistance
• Methodical
• Sense of organisation and interpersonal skills
