As Supervisor Engine Assembly, you will lead and develop a team of up to 20 employees and ensure a safe, efficient, and high-quality operational process. In this role, you are the central contact person for safety, quality, delivery, and cost areas, as well as for collaboration with various departments within the organisation.
Your Responsibilities
- Ensuring a safe and compliant working environment in accordance with all applicable safety, health, environmental, airworthiness, and regulatory requirements
- Planning, allocating, and monitoring work orders and resources according to workload
- Ensuring timely, efficient, and high-quality order processing
- Organising and coordinating the necessary equipment, tools, and work documents
- Leading, developing, and promoting employees and ensuring the required qualifications and training
- Applying lean and continuous improvement methods to continuously optimise processes and performance
- Promoting a performance-oriented team culture through target agreements, performance management, and employee motivation
- Close collaboration with internal interfaces and support of cross-departmental activities
Your Profile
- Completed technical vocational training
- At least three years of professional experience in the MRO industry with sound knowledge of operational processes
- Several years of leadership experience in a manufacturing or technical environment
- Good German and English skills (at least level B2)
- Experience in applying and implementing lean methods and continuous improvement processes
- Further training in administrative or business management fields is an advantage
- High social competence, assertiveness, as well as a structured and solution-oriented working style
