To strengthen the well-established controlling team, we are seeking on behalf of our client a numerically skilled, IT-enthusiastic, and motivated individual as a Controlling Employee (60–80%).
Your area of responsibility & main tasks
Financial Reporting & MIS: You prepare the monthly MIS reporting as well as the profit centre accounting and actively contribute to the further development of controlling reports.
Ad-hoc analyses: You independently conduct financial and data analyses, providing valuable, decision-relevant foundations for management and specialist departments.
Data management & quality assurance: You take over the structured maintenance of financial and controlling data (for the bank as well as supervised foundations) and cleanse and prepare large data volumes.
Process optimisation: You continuously develop data processing, reporting tools, and internal workflows.
Projects & special tasks: You actively participate in cross-departmental projects and take on special tasks in direct collaboration with the controlling management.
Qualifications
Your profile & qualifications
Education: Commercial basic training (preferably in the finance/banking sector) or ongoing/completed studies (FH/Uni/HF) with a focus on economics, finance, or controlling.
Professional experience: Initial practical experience in controlling, reporting, or finance. Ambitious junior professionals with a strong affinity for numbers are also warmly welcome.
IT & software skills: Strong IT affinity as well as very good Excel skills. Understanding of complex banking systems and enjoyment in structured handling of data volumes.
Analytical skills: Strong analytical and conceptual thinking ability – you quickly and reliably recognise patterns and connections.
Working style: Independent, precise, structured, and solution-oriented personality with high initiative and team spirit.
