You work hand in hand with the leadership team of all departments and with central units such as Finance and HR. Specifically, this means:

• Leading projects: You manage strategic and operational projects across the company, from idea to implementation.
• Examining processes: You analyse workflows and structures, identify critical points, and develop new solutions.
• Supporting planning & scheduling: You implement improvements where the pulse of MoPi beats.
• Building bridges: You work closely with leaders from Operations, Scheduling, Finance, Quality, and HR.
• Preparing decisions: You develop concepts, presentations, and decision-making bases for management and the board of directors.
• Gaining (and taking) responsibility: You take on partial responsibility in line functions, with the clear goal of leading a team in the medium term.

You are eager for responsibility, want to lead people and make a difference, and are not afraid to learn the business from the ground up. You get stuck in, try things out, and persist until it works.

Ideally, you have:

• Experience in implementing projects, analysing processes, and executing concrete changes, including impact measurement.
• A digital mindset: M365 is your toolbox, AI your sparring partner.
• A degree (FH, HF, University) or further training proving your perseverance and ability to deliver results.
• A heart for healthcare and social services and enthusiasm for mobility, scheduling, and people.
• An analytical mind and joy in conceptualising.
• A structured, independent working style.
• Social skills that work across professional groups and backgrounds.
• A confident presence and clear communication.
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written.
