In this key role in operations, you are responsible for the managers of the locomotive personnel and their teams. With your commitment, you make a decisive contribution to a safe, punctual and customer-oriented railway operation.

• You ensure the personnel and professional leadership of eight site managers in Eastern Switzerland.
• You further develop your own organisational unit in line with the strategy and objectives.
• You are responsible for quality assurance, operational safety and professional incident management.
• You create framework conditions, clarify responsibilities and ensure scope for action for a trusting collaboration.
• You ensure forward-looking personnel and duty planning.
• You actively participate in projects, the further development of processes and work equipment.
• You represent the company in internal and external expert committees as well as projects.

• You have solid leadership experience and have proven yourself in senior positions, ideally in the railway industry or a comparable environment.
• You have completed further education at tertiary level (FH, university or Master of Advanced Studies).
• You act result-oriented and have an understanding of economic contexts and priorities.
• You communicate confidently, clearly and empathetically – both orally and in writing.
• You are able to motivate, inspire and develop teams.
• You use very good MS Office skills efficiently in everyday work.
