Plant Operator 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

In this position, you take on a key role in production: You are responsible for controlling and monitoring the packaging and production plants assigned to you, ensuring everything runs smoothly ?. You expertly lead your team on the line and coordinate the daily workflows.

Your main tasks include:

• Conducting regular quality checks with strict adherence to all quality and hygiene standards

• Careful and complete documentation of production reports

• Monitoring the production process and precise accounting of manufacturing orders

What do I need to be successful?

You bring the following:

• A completed basic apprenticeship EFZ in food or dairy technology

• Technical understanding of machines and systems as well as a strong awareness of hygiene and cleanliness

• Ideally, initial experience with SAP systems

• Flexibility and mobility - you are willing to work in a 2-shift system ?

• Very good German skills in spoken and written form (at least level B2)
