The St. Jakob Foundation in Zurich offers around 450 protected workplaces and day structures for people with disabilities. These are supported by 170 specialists. At the same time, the St. Jakob Foundation enables people with and without support needs to enter the professional world.
As Team Leader Electronics, you take responsibility for the Electronics department in professional, personnel, material, and organizational matters. You support your supervisor in acquiring new orders and are responsible for their timely and high-quality execution. In doing so, you maintain close contact with customers, partners, and suppliers. In addition, you lead, support, and promote four specialists in order processing so that they can in turn ensure the educational support of the 48 employees in the secondary labor market. Depending on the need, you actively support and work in daily operations to meet the agreed deadlines and goals.
You bring the following:
- Completed vocational training as an electronics technician, electrician, automation technician, or several years of professional experience in a similar position
- Leadership experience is an advantage
- Structured, systematic, and process-oriented way of working
- A passionate team spirit, patience and resilience as well as empathy and motivation
- Economic thinking and acting in the interest of the foundation
- Identification with the values of the St. Jakob Foundation and living them in everyday life
- Flawless German skills in spoken and written form
