As part of the evolution of its logistics department, it is creating a new role aimed at strengthening the management of daily activities, supporting teams on the ground, and backing the numerous ongoing improvement projects.
This role holds a central place within the organisation.

On a daily basis, you support employees, organise priorities, provide assistance in resolving operational issues, and actively contribute to evolving working methods.
Your mission goes far beyond daily management. You directly participate in the department's modernisation projects by implementing concrete solutions to sustainably improve logistics performance.
Your daily tasks
You coordinate the logistics team’s activities to ensure smooth operation of processes and optimal resource allocation.Present on the ground, you support employees in their daily work, advise them in complex situations, and contribute to the development of their skills.
You analyse existing processes, identify dysfunctions, and propose improvement actions to gain efficiency, reliability, and service quality.
You lead or participate in continuous improvement projects focusing notably on logistics flows, stock organisation, working methods, and digitalisation of tools.
You also work on ensuring the reliability of logistics data by analysing stock discrepancies, performance indicators, and inventory processes to guarantee reliable information for all departments.
Finally, you actively contribute to the department’s modernisation by participating in the evolution of ERP systems, the development of digital tools, and the automation of certain administrative activities.
Your profile
You have a higher education in logistics, Supply Chain, or an equivalent field. You have proven experience in an industrial environment, with solid mastery of logistics flows and initial successful experience in a coordination role, operational reference, or close management.
You are comfortable with data analysis, performance indicator monitoring, and IT tools.
Good Excel skills are essential and ERP experience is expected.
Knowledge of Sage X3 is a real advantage.
You also have a good understanding of Lean approaches, 5S methods, or continuous improvement tools.
Beyond your technical skills, we are looking for a personality capable of naturally uniting a team, advancing projects pragmatically, and supporting change with pedagogy.
Your organisational skills, analytical mind, and solution orientation allow you to work comfortably in an environment where priorities evolve rapidly.
