Team Leader Service Sanitary 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Our client requires a committed individual as Team Leader Service Sanitary at the Bern location. In this responsible position, you lead a motivated service team of five service technicians both professionally and personally. Your responsibilities include:

• Planning the assignments and capacities of your team

• Supporting and further developing existing customer relationships

• Preparation and calculation of customer offers as well as drafting service contracts

• Monitoring and ensuring the implementation of customer orders and contract work

• Handling orders including intervention and order agreements

• Organisation and management of materials as well as coordination of third-party services

• Participation in the selection of suitable installation methods

What do I need to be successful?

For this position, you ideally bring the following qualifications and attributes:

• Completed vocational training as a sanitary installer (EFZ)

• Additional qualification in the heating sector desirable

• Further training in project management and/or staff leadership

• Several years of experience in the service sector

• Enjoyment in leading, promoting and developing team members

• Driving licence category B

• Confident communication in German and articulate expression

• IT affinity

• Customer-oriented working style
