About the job
Shape instead of manage. Develop instead of preserve.
At Humanushaus, over 100 people with support needs live and work. As part of the worldwide Camphill movement, we create living spaces based on anthroposophical principles, where community, development and participation are central.
Our neighbourhood meeting place for older people with support needs is in an exciting phase of realignment. Existing services are being questioned, further developed and supplemented. New ideas are allowed to emerge, be tried out and implemented. For this path, we are looking for a committed individual who not only accompanies but also thinks along, co-creates and enables the future.
From 1 February 2027 or by arrangement, we are seeking a person who enjoys bringing new things into being.
You work with older people who require various types of support and jointly create a meaningful daily life that strengthens resources and enables development. In doing so, you actively contribute your creativity, your craft skills and your ideas. You think in terms of possibilities rather than limitations and enjoy further developing an innovative day programme together with a dedicated team.
You have ideas, drive, humour and a heart for people. Then you could be exactly the person we are looking for.
You can expect a field of work with plenty of scope for creativity, where your ideas are welcome and can have an impact. A team that seeks new paths together, dares to try things out and accompanies people in their uniqueness. Along with contemporary employment conditions, a culture of appreciation and an inspiring workplace in a beautiful setting.
Are you a person who recognises potential, initiates developments and enjoys building something new? Then we look forward to meeting you.
Humanushaus – shaping living spaces together where people can grow and flourish even in old age.
