Mission and field of activity
- Initiate, acquire and manage applied projects with external partners, notably with third-party funding
- Develop applied research activities, service provision and teaching within their field of expertise
- Strengthen the link between teaching, applied research and field needs in bachelor, master and continuing education programmes
- Contribute to the scientific quality, visibility and impact of the institute's activities
- Design and deliver practice-oriented teaching in bachelor, master and continuing education programmes
Your profile
Doctorate in a relevant field, notably in organisational management, work psychology or change management
Proven experience in acquiring and managing third-party funds
Confirmed experience in applied research, project management and collaboration with external partners and higher education
Expertise in one or more areas related to human dynamics at work and organisational development, such as organisational behaviour, innovation, human resources, occupational health, transformation or entrepreneurship
Good knowledge of issues related to entrepreneurship, innovation and organisational development in varied contexts: companies, public, social or umbrella organisations
Ability to work interdisciplinarily and contribute to the institute's collective activities
Proficiency in French or German, with good knowledge of the other language as well as English
