Your Tasks
- Planning and coordination of elective surgeries as well as the anaesthesia consultation, including scheduling and coordination with the specialist departments.
- Ensuring organisational prerequisites such as call-ups, appointment windows, and completeness of required documents.
- Responsibility for bed management and dispatching during early, late, and weekend shifts in close cooperation with the wards.
- Taking on front office tasks such as reception, patient registration, and general administrative duties.
- Carrying out patient-related support activities within the scope of professional training.
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training as MPA, FaGe, or qualified nursing professional with work experience
- Communicative personality, responsible, independent, and competent working style
- Several years of professional experience, ideally in an acute hospital/operating theatre environment, patient administration, or dispatching
- Clear, friendly, and solution-oriented communication
- Independent, responsible working method with a sense of priorities
- Confident handling of IT/planning tools; medical terminology is part of your daily routine
