About the job
Your Tasks
After a structured and thorough induction into the various areas of the radiology reception, you will gradually take independent responsibility in an assigned sector. Your varied range of tasks includes in particular:
- Coordination and scheduling of appointments with internal and external referrers as well as doctors
- Creation of appointment notices and handling of appointment changes
- Managing the telephone and reception desk
- Regular rotation between the different sectors for a varied and exciting field of activity
- Working hours Monday to Friday within usual office hours
Your Profile
You are a service-oriented, friendly and communicative person and bring the following qualifications:
- Completed training as a medical secretary, medical practice assistant or an equivalent qualification in healthcare
- Ideally professional experience in a clinic or practice
- Sound knowledge of medical terminology as well as good German language skills
- Calmness, overview and organisational talent even in hectic situations
- Independent, structured and at the same time team-oriented way of working
- Quick comprehension and networked thinking
